Had to run/walk after first mile. Was totally spent due to heat, and needed to adjust in order to finish. This was not alot of fun.
What would you do differently?:

Slower pace on the bike. But, I never do well running in the heat, so I am not sure what would have helped here.

Heat and humidity.

This my first Oly and my first season trying to do tri's. It was a good experience and I hope to be able to do more. I could not have done this without the training help from Matrimom. She got me to where I needed to be and coached me along the way. Thanks for the great experience!
