stomach craps and loss of breathe. Had a real hard time with the swim and had to rest on the markers.
What would you do differently?:

Not eat so much the night before (or earlier). Work on breathing and pacing.

I was slowed down majorly by stomach cramps. I had to kneel for almost 5 minutes to recover

Overall bike went well. Only complaint was I was still recovering from the swim. Cramps still present.
What would you do differently?:

power up the hills more aggressively in a standing position. use the aero position more.
