Comments: I was stronger then most of the other swimmers. I just need alot more practice in OW swimming, especially in waters that are calm with less bouyancy then the ocean. Transition 1
Comments: Umm...I came in 144th in this T. It was a long...1/2 mile hike uphill and through the woods and I was barefoot. I think a little practice on the transitions would have done me alot of good. What would you do differently?: practice transitioning from swim to bike. Bike
What would you do differently?: I need professional training on the bike so I understand how to efficiently use my energy with the gears. I also think I need to join a cycling club so I can get some outdoor, team experience. Transition 2

Warm down: Very little. I walked around for a few minutes but was feeling pretty nauseous What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of sleep, cramps, lack of warm up....
