Woke up at 5am. Had a banana with water for breakfast

Walk for 1/4 mile with dynamic streching. Light jog 1/4 mile. Had a goo. Static streching

My hamstring was nagging a bit. I'm happy I finished without walking. It felt great. Anxious to do it again.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing really. Maybe reduce the activity amount from the night before.

Warm down:

Post race snacks (banana, orange, bagel, muffin) and lots of water. Walked and talked.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My hamstring

Event comments:

Good overall event. The last time I ran a 5K, I was dissapointed with the event. This was much better organized with plenty of volunteers.
