Comments: My hamstring was nagging a bit. I'm happy I finished without walking. It felt great. Anxious to do it again. What would you do differently?: Nothing really. Maybe reduce the activity amount from the night before. Post race
Warm down: Post race snacks (banana, orange, bagel, muffin) and lots of water. Walked and talked. What limited your ability to perform faster: My hamstring Event comments: Good overall event.
