I didn't train enough on the bike due to several problems.
Only had +/- 500km this year. At least 5000 more to be done next time.

The running part was really hard for me.

Course: since this was my first Tri ever I started very calm, trying to get my orientation on the way. After 500m the crowd started to get calmer and I managed to find my way around. Cornering went surprisingly well.
