Swim
Comments: They sent us off every five seconds. It was ok, not bad, I got passed by two people and I passed a few, so kinda evened out. The snake swim was a bit different, but I hit my seed time pretty much right on the mark, so I was pleased What would you do differently?: nada Transition 1
Comments: Things went ok here, but I still need to practice transitions. Bike
Comments: I did ok on the bike. I think I could have been a little bit faster, but started having some calf issues and had to ease up some. I didn't want to use up everything before the run. Transition 2
Comments: ok, but need to practice, practice, and practice Run
Comments: Calf cramping started pretty much right away. When am I going to finally have a race where everything comes together? Anyway, I stopped to stretch for just 30 seconds or, so, then headed back out. The run was not quite what I was looking for, but I did my best. What more can I say? I finished strong, which is always nice. Post race

No real warm up, a few stretches. Event started a bit late.
