Since it was a relay and all I was going to do was bike, I rode as hard as possible from start to finish. Set a personal best for 12.5 miles. Was completely spent at the finish.

Event comments:

Pasta dinner the night before. Great post race activities. Live band, roasted pig, barbecued chicken, hamburgers and fruit. Long and short sleeved t-shirts and just a perfect location for a tri. Traffic control should be better though. There were a couple of close calls with people on the bike leg.
