Took the swim nice and slow. Once again I just try to survive the swim and the race starts when I hit land. I need to change this mentality.

Very tough hill transition/bike start. I borrowed a buddies bike. It was my first time in clips. Loved the bike!! Just a tough start up the hill. Lost a lot of time.

Love the Cervelo!! I had a tough start up on the hill and lost some speed on the first hill trying to figure out gears.

More time on new bike to get used to it.
