What would you do differently?: Run Faster Post race
Warm down: stretched really good, while sitting on the concrete floor of the parking garage What limited your ability to perform faster: Had to scale back training several weeks prior to race due to a knee injury. Was training for a 10 min pace Event comments: It was my 1st Marathon, and I didn't know what to expect.
