Decent swim given the conditions, but was hard as hell, and no way 1/3 of a mile. Felt like swells from waves, took on water a few different times.

Need to ride my Cervelo way more, basicially my first true "hard" ride and my shoulders got sore. Unsure if my cyclocomputer is calibrated correctly?
