Pre-race routine:

The race started at 1630 so we walked all over Stockholm for most of the day leading up to the race.

I wasn't trying to PR this race. It was just a nice easy run thru a new city, I wasn't struggling and managed to keep my heart rate low. It was a fun run.

Warm down:

Walked around a bit and strectched out my calves that were tight from all the walking in the morning.
