Very fast 40 miles, then I hit the WALL! Averaged 23+ first 40 miles, then dropped to 17.
What would you do differently?:

Not push so hard on the bike. Remember that I have a 1/2 marathon to run after!

Had an ok first lap, then just totally died for the 2nd. Somehow I survived.

Again, go easier on the bike, and hopefully have some more legs for the run.
