Forgot where the race site was, so I had no pre race routine.

My nutrition was as normal - sugar free apple sauce with no sugar added granola.

I couldn't get on the damn bike!!!!!

It took me three tries to clip in which hurt my bike speed since that took like 2 minutes!

I sucked.

I had a goal to beat 1:30. Last race (Ssme exact race) a month ago I finished in 1:48:28.

If I had pushed harder I could have beat 1:30!!! GRRRRRRR!
What would you do differently?:

Push myself harder.
