Comments: felt good on swim I did get cramps in hamstrings even though I was not kicking much. stayed pretty straight on lines although I was on an outside track about 15-20 yards from bouys. Rain began while I was in water and I did not know it until I came out of water and it was raining. My googles were water spotted and I thought it was on the inside and almost stopped to clean but didn't. I found out it was on the outside due to the rain when I came out of lake What would you do differently?: not much just work on going faster for longer period. I am worried about going to strong and running out of energy so conserve maybe a little to much Transition 1

got to site at 5:45am set up and stretched and did a short swim warm up. Night before at salad and a mini burger at Ruby Tuesdays. Not good nutiontion, do CARB loading next year
