Still improving on swim. Improved swim from last year by over 3 minutes.
What would you do differently?:

More time in water during training. Breathe using alternating sides. Site more often. Use other people to site, not just markers.

First time with clip in shoes. Did not train long enough with them to make a dramatic impact in cycling time.

More training time on the saddle.

Could have pushed harder, but rain made me cautious as this was my first tri with clip pedals, and I was afraid to crash from wet pavement.
What would you do differently?:

Would not have scheduled 2 tri's 2 weeks apart. Hit my peak at the first one, not this one. Need at least a month between tri's for adequate recovery and additional training time.

Unclipped shoe from pedal. Did not practice leaving shoe on bike. Shoes and socks were wet from rain. Made hard to get on.
What would you do differently?:

Practice leaving shoe on bike. Bring a plastic bag to keep running shoes and socks dry. May try running without socks.

3rd time this course. Getting to be too crowded. Last year 400 people. This year, 560 people. Hard to get into park.
