Pre-race routine:

I actually slept well last night. A first for me on the night before a race. I ran about a half a mile for a warm up and was feeling pretty good. I did have a pulled groin muscle that wasn't feeling good, but it warmed up and I was fine... at least until after the race.

A good run, despite that I was having some muscle problems. Aside from the pulled groin muscle, my right calf started acting up. It hasn't done that in months. Despite all of it, I had a PB. Fastest I've ever run a 10K
