Wish it could have been faster. I thought I could have, but I was pushing really as hard as I could for that distance. I just realized exactly how slow I am on a bike.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not being able to run independently of biking. Yes, I had to bike before I ran, or my hip would ache.
