Comments: I did very good on the bike, but it was very windy. This slowed me down terribly. What would you do differently?: Do more training on hills and during windy conditions. Transition 2
Comments: Very smooth transition. Nearly ran into a cone. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Very good run. I was very tight in the beginning, but after first 10 minutes I lossened up and I was able to go at a faster pace. What would you do differently?: Work on transition on bike to run in training more. Post race
Warm down: stretch and drink lots of water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to run faster, and work on swimming longer. Event comments: The post race activities were poor, but then the race was very small. Last updated: 2007-09-04 12:00 AM

wake up at 6am. Breakfast was a bagle with peanut butter and a glass of milk. 2 glasses of water all 2 hours before race.
Stretch and then 4 laps in the pool to warm up.
