Need to work on my endurance by the end of the season.

This race gave me a lot of insight into my training decline by the end the season. I am done racing this year, but I know where I need to work, as you can tell by the times. Blow up the bike course, but get my a$$ kicked on the swim and run. Think I need to work a little more on those two things???

I need to work on swim training with consitency for better times.
I need to work on longer strides on the run for better times.
I need to keep working the bike so I don't get muscle fatigue by the last 5 kilos.
