Woke up at 3:40 and BF drove me to Caloundra. Slept when I could. Ate protein bars and bananas and cereal on the way there.

I had an OKAY ride for me... I mean yeah... I totally couldn't keep pace with these fantastic women. Just the girls were a lot faster than me

First time I've run 4km in my life!!! What an achievement. I was overtaking women in the category before me so I was making up time on my swim but There was no way I could make up all that time.

This race was FANTASTIC however I overestimated my abilities. I enjoyed it but will probably stick to the enticers for a while. ^_^
