This course is much safer on race day due to the number of appreciated volunteers and preparation made to the course. Nice tail wind.

This is usually my favorite part of the Tri.(not today) Variety of roads, neighborhoods, scenic views and at least 2 U-turns to checkout where your competition is helps break up this long very hot run today.

Warm down:

More like a cool down by jumping right back into the ocean.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The sun came out at the start of the run and it was like a sauna.
Will try and do more bike/runs next year to prepare.
