Comments:

This was a very nice run with about half of the course on dirt paths in the woods. I had to pay careful attention to my foot placement while in the woods to make sure I did not twist my ankles.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. I maintained a relatively constant pace, but my HR was too high (163) to maintain the same pace for an entire marathon.

Warm down:

Walked around the finish area. Stretched, drink, ate 2 apples and a bagle turkey sandwich.

Event comments:

A very well run race with excellent support from the community.
