Comments: for my first triathlon I was very unaware of the battling for position that goes on in the first 500 meters What would you do differently?: start a little more forward I am a fairly good swimmer and feel other people should have to work around me. ![]() Transition 1

Warm down: light streching What limited your ability to perform faster: Never competeing like this before, not realizing the difficulty in the swim. The hill on the run, overall speed on the bike.
