Comments: I felt great for the first 9mi it wasn't really until 11 however that I noticed my legs actually feeling pain they hadn't experienced before What would you do differently?: train on hills, Post race
Warm down: 30 min stretch, ingest protein bar and fluid replacement beverage, walked to keep loose. What limited your ability to perform faster: Hills, # of participants, lack of gel or food during race. Event comments: I had a great time I wish I had got a few freinds to come with me.
