Comments: Good course, but very rough for about 30%. What would you do differently?: Drink and eat more, push harder in second half of race. Need to drop shoulders and loosen, as I was very sore by 65 miles. Post race
Warm down: Stretched alittle and sat for 15 minutes, then walked around for 15 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: Rough road, no aero bars, not enough eating/drinking, not enough training. Event comments: Great race! Will do again next year. Other than late start and no aero bars allowed, and rough roads in places, was a great race. Also got stuck for lights which was a pain in the ass, but still a great race.
