Good swim, took an angle to first buoy and held line, tight quarters until second bouy then it opened up

Drink more and make sure front skewer is tighter - found it was loose when unloading bike after race and hanging it up.

Still the weakest link but kept a better pace didn't push beyond current limits. No support on run and had to stop at turn around to pour water into cup to drink. Got passed by div winner here.
What would you do differently?:

Get faster on run push a bit harder - I didn't leave it all out on course wanted to make sure I finished alive

Running training. Had a cold for the last two weeks before race and was concerned about health.

This was an inaugural event - moved from previous location. With better staffing could be a real good race
