Event comments:

Second time for this race. Ran with Laura this time. Both of us did not really seriously train for this one. We kept a 'maintenance' level of running activity and did a couple of 10 milers to add to the base. Pace was deliberate and comfortable. Stamina was excellent and no leg pain after run or durig following 48 hours. This was a 'fun run'!
