Comments: rode hard all the way. got my avg. up good. cant wait tilll i get my new tri bike. What would you do differently?: get shifters for the end of my aerobars. Transition 2
Comments: good very fast Run
Comments: kept it under 9 min. pace first 2 miles. trying to fight off a side stitch. last mile pushed had and gut to 7 min. pace and staid there the rest of the way. What would you do differently?: run harder earlier Post race
Warm down: drank plenty of cytomax, walked around alot caught up with old friends. What limited your ability to perform faster: not good enough swimmer. Event comments: i came into this race thinking i was goin to do horribly on the swim first off. cause i suffered greatly in my first tri this yr. 500 yd. open water. i stunk it up badly. then i thought if i made it out of the water fine id be good to go. sure enough once i round that last buoy i knew i was home free.
