Pre-race routine:

had my bagel and gatorade. The night before the race I had some noodles and chicken was YUMMY oh and a roll.

well well well. what can I say I did my first 10K and I am proud of it! It was hilly but I really did not freak out like I thought I would and I loved the area it was in and will do it again! awesome weather and great event
What would you do differently?:

OK now that I have done it and I felt I had pplenty of energy I will next time when I am feeling that good I will push myself a little harder

Warm down:

walked around the event area drank lots of fluids

What limited your ability to perform faster:

well it was my frsit 10K and it was a challenging 10K HILL event I did just plugged along and did not want to push to hard since I thought if I did I would end up walking and not getting a time I wanted. So I guess what limited me is this was my first 10K race event.

Course: This is one of DENVERS most challenging 10K runs do to the HILLS! I feel real proud that I ran the whole thing and to be honest never thought about walking it at all.
