I felt like I was strong but as usual people were in the way towards the end which held me up.

Slow down and catch my breath instead of trying to hurry through things.

I decided to wear socks which slowed my efforts in T2 and really cost me time overall in trying to beat John!

This was my best run of the year. My foot still hurt even though I had a shot the previous Monday. I am getting better in the run and I am looking forward to base training in the winter to get stronger.
