Wow was that bad! Almost crashed getting out of the park...no help on the first turn! Never got comfortable on the tri bike...my bit went asleep.

Get comfortable on the seat, ride the hills harder and get more comfortable on the hills.

It never ended! Out and back on a highway in the sun! This run never ended and felt terrible!

Do a different race! No, I need to run more and start doing intervals!

Worst personal race for me! Did not like the long run to T1, did not like the grass or right turn(s), the bike hills were a good experience but the run stunk!
