Comments: Great race. New PR. Faster than previous "5K" PR which turns out that was on this course in 2004 that was almost 400 yards short so this CRUSHED my previous PR. What would you do differently?: Not a darn thing. Post race
Warm down: drank water and walked/ jogged back to truck and drove home What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing Event comments: Timing company screwed the dog on at least my results. They have me listed as a female with a time almost 5 minutes slower than my watch. Regardless of what they have, I know what I did. I inserted my time into the OA and AG results. Ate bagel with PB 3 hours prior and an apple 15 minutes prior.
Running for a PR so I ran about 2 miles in zone 2 40 minutes prior to start. got to start line about 10 minutes prior to start.
