goggles got water in them right off, i cut in too soon and was overtaken by faster swimmers. felt like it went on forever. stood up too soon, and had to slog thru the water. I feel there is room for improvement though, so that is good!
What would you do differently?:

not cut in so fast, secure goggles before race better, wait a few more strokes to stand up and run.

learn how to jump on bike.

get a new bike! mine is old and heavy. also, take off faster, improve overall speed.
