Comments:

Felt great pace was good. Drank 3 sips of water, family and friends met up on the course at mi. 5 to help cheer us on! Finished strong and felt great the rest of the day! No nap even!!
What would you do differently?:

Learn to drink a little more.

Warm down:

Hung out with friends and family then home to a friends to watch the Bronco's.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing I was happy with my race.

Event comments:

The port a potty's had gotten blown over so that was extremely horrid!
