Pre-race routine:

Had my usual red bull, along with a cinnimon raisin bagel with butter on it. Also drank a bottle of water.
Event warmup:

No warm up...it was too warm to begin with and I wasn't planning on racing this, due to my foot injury.

Comments:

There was only one gatorade stop and not enough water stops, considering the tempature. One water stop every 2+ miles does not cut it.
What would you do differently?:

If I ever run this again, I will wear my fuel belt.
