Comments:

Glad i wore gloves,hat,and long pants. The older I get the more I feel the cold.
What would you do differently?:

I thought I would have been faster. My heart rate was almost at max(170)the whole race. I need to build a better aerobic base

started 15 minutes late for 5-k because of the kids marathon. Half marathon started on time.
