nothing, could have pushed harder but knew it was a long day ahead.

Drank WAY too much on the bike, had cramp as soon as I got off the bike. Damn thing never went away. Learned alot about myself. Have never ran/walked so slow in my life but I just wanted to finish.

Train more, drink less
