Comments: Went out a little fast, but that's ok. I still PR'd by 40 seconds! What would you do differently?: Reign it in for the first 1/4 mile. Post race
Warm down: Grabbed some Gatorade and stretched really good. What limited your ability to perform faster: Started too fast, and not enough mileage due to injury. Event comments: I knew I would PR today, but I just wasn't sure by how much. I felt good through the first 2 miles, but had to dig deep for the last part.
