Run
Comments: Started in the back as a group. Ken, Mike, Heather and I. Heather asked me to run with her. That lasted about a mile and then she took off. Ken and I ran the first mile together then he started to move ahead. Ankle did OK. Some pain on the lateral edge of the upper part. Breathing was a little difficult in the cold. What would you do differently?: I had fun. Not much. Would put Kam cleats on. Post race
Warm down: Gave M-daddy a ig hug so he could hold me up. Stretched, got water and soup. Dug up Heather to see how she did. What limited your ability to perform faster: Snow, ice, sprained ankle recovering. Event comments: This a fun race. Starting all together as a group was great. Last updated: 2007-10-21 12:00 AM

Had some nasty vertigo last night. It was funny thing, had a sips of a beer and bam I could hardly walk a straight line. Laid low and went to bed. Woke up feeling fine. The weather had gone to hell. Got some toast, coffee and water. KenJ drove, thanks, right on time. Pretty much a white out when we took off. Ken put in 4WD. Gt there with good time and clearer skies. Reg and chipped. Decided what to wear and back in to pee. Met up with Heather and Mike.
Stretched some and ran a little. Needed my Kam warm up really.
