Woke at 4:30, did a short warm up run, stretched. English Muffin with PB. Water and 2 cups of coffee.

Comments:

Great Run. Paced with Marathon 3:55 group until the 9 mile mark. Gradually increase pace after 9.

Calf started to cramp at 13 when I started to sprint.
What would you do differently?:

Start picking up pace at the tunnel. I got stuck behind the 3:55 pace group in the tunnel and could not get out front.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Could have pushed a little harder. Over all a very good race.

Event comments:

Food was better than last year. From Whole Food Markets suprising not great pre-race food.
