I need to work on my run badly. I felt I was going doing ok, but apparently I was seriously slow. Had enough energy to keep running in the end, so I obviously didn't push enough.
What would you do differently?:

More training. Just didn't push hard enough.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Fear of the unknown. Only 1 month of "training" prior to the event. This was my 3rd time ever riding a road bike, which I bought 1 week prior to the event. Can't swim worth a damn.

Event comments:

Regardless of my performance, I had an absolute blast. Total official time was 1:17:05. Finished 67th out of 80 overall in my AG. Got a lot of room to improve.
