Swim
Comments: Tough coarse and was open water I was not use to that. What would you do differently?: Train more open water and be ready to get pushed arround. I need to learn how to draft. Transition 1
Comments: Long transition zone had to avoid alot of people. I was very slow as well. What would you do differently?: I need to have all of the water on my bike so that I dont need to have to try to put it on. Bike
Comments: I was one of the best on the bike, up with the top 10 guys. What would you do differently?: I just need to cary more water. Transition 2
Comments: Short transition zone and went well but I had to go to the bathrrom it was just off the course. That time counted in with my run but not bad. What would you do differently?: Just need more practice in the zones. Run
Comments: Fitst lap under 45m, then the top of the first hill on the second lap I started to crack. Then fell apart. What would you do differently?: I need to work on my strength. If I am not up and ready to fly I need to be more pacient and not drop sup 7s to early. Post race
Warm down: Ice, and message then a 2 mile bike ride with a short walk. What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to work on mental focus, and strength Event comments: Very good race the whole island comes out to support everyone. Just make sure you have a place to stay. Last updated: 2007-10-29 12:00 AM

Checked both the bike course and run coarse. Had to sleep in the civic center for two days and it was hard to get good food but that did not effect my race.
If you go be ready to have your pre-race routine to be changed, it is an isolated island.
not much of a warm up, streach and jog. The water was 24c so it was a little cold and I was not in a wetsuite.
