Comments: Great run, a PR for me! I didn't run very much in the last 30 days and I was curious to see how I finished. I'm very pleased with the time. Lots and lots of people here for the 5K but crowds were manageable while running. What would you do differently?: Push harder? I'm not sure I could have given it much more. Post race
Warm down: Walked for a bit, drank some water and eventually had a snack. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just need to run more! Event comments: Fun stuff! Sherri and I met Mike, Val, and Evan before the race then met up with Kelly, Bonnie, Breanna, and Ashley. It's always a blast for me to do these events with our friends.
