Swim
Comments: Felt pretty good the whole time past three or four people in the pool, everybody was pretty cool and let me pass @ the wall. What would you do differently?: Learn to swim 1 min 100's :) Transition 1
Comments: Had a little trouble getting my socks on but no big deal What would you do differently?: Wear my other socks or just go faster Bike
Comments: bad bike ride. Every time I tried to fast my heart rate went through the roof. I didn't start to feel good until mile 10 or so. Poor bike rides continue to haunt random races for me. What would you do differently?: Pedal faster! Transition 2
Comments: Not bad. A little trouble getting my shoes tied, I need to get a pair of elastic laces again to not have that problem again. It was more annoying than anything not really a time issue. Run
Comments: Felt a little slow especially at first but started to feel better and better as the run went on. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Felt a little tired all morning long and a poor bike ride didn't help. It is still fun to go racing. Event comments: Fun day racing, great to see a cool group of people out racing, Amy got see her first race and had some people to talk to while I was out on the course. I love to go racing but its not the most interesting spectator sport, especially when its cold and windy. Last updated: 2007-11-05 12:00 AM

Had to work 14 hrs on friday and didn't leave the restaurant until midnight so waking up was not the easiest thing but I finally got up @ 6:30 and headed towards Anthem.
Trying to stay warm and wait for the start of the race. Saw Tanya, Chris and some other ESCKTC'ers always fun to run into them @ races. Tanya was master of the camera taking many pics.
