not much got there in time to get my number and get to the start line. VERY COLD OUT but SUNNY

I was cold to start with and running the first mile I asked myself what am I doing out here. But I got warmed up and away I went. The first mile I thought how am I goin to get through this run LOL. but never looked back and away I went. It went well and beat the time I did last year. so cannot complain since it was snow packed!
What would you do differently?:

get there a little earlier and maybe run around a little.

met up with Becky and Andria at the end and had a few snacks and hear the results called out

what a run it was and I was happy to See Becky at the end. she also got 3 in her age group YAHOO
