Wake 5:45 drink water about 20oz, drink starbucks coffee, eat yogurt,banana, granola bar. Dressed in layers for the cold weather.
Ran 2 miles at tempo pace 33min. before race, did about 5 50m stride outs, tried to keep warm until start, was at the start line 7 min. before start.
