Comments:

Great run. Ran easy between 7:30's and 7:40's for the about 15 miles. Decided to pick it up a bit after 15 and stopped looking at my watch. Guessing I dropped down to roughly 7:10 to 7:15's for the last 3.6.

It was a long run, not a race.

Event comments:

Great flat fast course. Not a very technical or challenging course. Pretty long straightaways that let you see for a couple of miles ahead.
