Comments:

I was out of the water at 14:45. Overall, pretty happy with my swim. I started near the front of the group, maybe a liitle too far forward, but I would probably start there or close to it again. Better than waiting in the back for everyone to get going.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe start a LITTLE further back for what my speed was, but not much.

Hopped on the bike and promptly went off the road. Rubber band didn't break. I had to reach down and break it. Had a hard time getting into my shoes.
What would you do differently?:

More practice hopping on bike and getting into shoes.

My Polar pace and distance were reading too fast! I was holding a sub 8:00 pace according to my watch, but overall was actually 8:33!! I don't know if I could have run much faste anyway.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure watch calibration is correct before the race.
