Comments:

Mark ran with me today which was nice. It was harder with the snow and ice out there. The hill back up the dam about killed me. But overall, did fine. Finished in the top half of my age group which makes me happy.
What would you do differently?:

Train better on uphills.

Hung out with the BT crowd. :)

On the drive home, I "raced" Drew on Santa Fe.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I suck at uphills!
