I don"t do as good on trail runs as the road. I lost about 30 seconds because I made a wrong turn and had to backtrack

Warm down:

walked around-visited with my daughter and members of the Triad Tri team. We had a tent which was really nice

Event comments:

Enjoyed the race and seeing daughter and friends- The Triad tri team folks won a bunch of awards
